Molly Sohm is a firm partner who has been in practice since 2004. She is a licensed public accountant under the Iowa Board of Public Accountancy and an enrolled agent with the Internal Revenue Service. Her diligence in providing support to her clients, regardless of their challenges, has earned the trust and respect of clients from a variety of sectors including, but not limited to: agriculture, food service, contractors, retail, and real estate. Heather has been a member of the team since 2017, supporting clients with services ranging from bookkeeping, payroll, and tax returns. She is an enrolled agent with the IRS and a graduate of Buena Vista University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in accounting and business. When she’s not at the office, Heather enjoys traveling to new places, spending time with family, and soaking up a little sunshine.

Blake Van Ginkel | E.A.
Blake joined the firm in November 2021 as a staff accountant and is an enrolled agent with the IRS. He graduated from Morningside University in 2017 and is currently pursuing an MBA at the University of South Dakota. Blake was born and raised in the Siouxland area and has deep roots in the community. When not at work, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, playing golf, and watching sports.
While working with clients, Blake brings expertise in payroll processing, bookkeeping, and tax preparation. With his knowledge and experience, he is passionate about helping individuals and small business owners navigate their specific tax situations. His primary goal in client engagement is to cultivate effective relationships grounded in meaningful dialogue and mutual understanding.
Kaitlyn Agee
Kaitlyn Agee has been with the team since January of 2020 as an administrative assistant. She has experience doing bookkeeping and payrolls. Her ability to catch onto new concepts quickly has helped promote smoother workdays and ensure deadlines are met.
